ABOUT US

Meet Tiffany Nykolyshyn, the founder of Even Hand Farm. As the primary production manager, Tiffany has a passion for natural restoration, wildlife, agriculture, and all things that grow. With extensive experience in greenhouses and a Horticulture Production program completed with distinction, Tiffany was hired as a lead researcher to complete a year long project aimed at reducing or eliminating the need for chemical pesticides in production greenhouses. After successfully completing the project, Tiffany developed a business plan to create a small-scale vegetable farm that works with nature instead of against it. Her goal is to provide affordable, healthy produce to local rural communities while cultivating using ecologically friendly practices that emphasize soil health and biodiversity.
